Dear Garry;

Thanks for the quick delivery on the latest shipment of Charge Partners. They have truly made a tremendous improvement to the electrical performance of our emergency vehicles.

Frankly, I was skeptical when we got our first Charge Partner 2 years ago. We were having such problems I was willing to try anything.

Our vehicles are used exclusively on camera for TV and film. The batteries are placed under much higher loads than normal. The emergency lighting equipment is normally required to operate at full capacity for hours . . with the engine off! (for sound reasons) It is of the utmost importance that the lights maintain the correct color temperature and flash rate. This results in total punishment to the batteries. They are constantly in a cycle of deep discharge followed by high amperage rapid re-charge. Until we started using Charge Partners, new batteries were rapidly deteriorating.

Since installing the Charge Partners systems, we have had to replace no batteries and in fact have "revived" batteries in some older rigs.

In closing, Charge Partners have helped contribute to the success of our business and I would like to thank you and your technical staff for the excellent service you have provided.
