To: Solartech Products Ltd. Dear Tracy Thank you for the chance to give you feedback on your 48 volt "Can-Pulse" Motive Power system unit. We are a wilderness lodge in the heart of the Abel Tasman National Park with 14 units, restaurant-bar, sleeping 66 people plus a staff of ten. Our power system is 18kw llatz generator with a 5kw Siemen inverter. We run a bank of 96 2 volt acid batteries valued at approximately $57,000. The bank is charged during the day by generator, which is turned off at approximately 8 o'clock in the evening when the kitchen service is finished. The 5kw inverter takes over from there, running lighting for the restaurant, 14 units, staff buildings, walk-in cooler and freezers through the night. The battery bank is cycled to 15% of its power, before the generator turns back on automatically, normally around 8 o'clock in the morning. After running the "Can-Pulse" unit for the last 2 months, the build up on the battery walls diminished. They are coming up to full charge definitely quicker and are all very even on the hydrometer test. All this means less diesel and noise pollution on our environment. Results to date prove the "Can-Pulse" unit is adding a new dimension to battery performance and maintenance, giving us potentially a longer battery life and optimizing our system to its maximum. Yours sincerely
