Ladies and /or Gentlemen:

I ordered a Can-Pulse hoping that it would restore a pair of badly sulfated 115 AH deep cycle marine batteries that were idle for 1 year, then put into service in a solar charged system for a ham radio station.

After several equalizing charges with a charger, and one year of connection to the solar charger, and intermittent use of the batteries, the SG of the electrolyte was only 1.175, and I could not charge above 11.9 volts. So, I ordered a Can-Pulse hoping that it would improve the state of the batteries

I installed the Can-Pulse 12v Charge Partner as instructed, and noticed that during full output from the solar panels, there wasn't enough voltage to even activate the Can-Pulse, which is 13.5v.

So, I disconnected all of my loads, and went away on a trip for 10 days, hoping that eventually the system would reach 13.5 volts.

Upon my return I was pleasantly surprised! The power light on the Can-Pulse was actively glowing, indicating that I had reached the activation voltage of 13.5 volts, and my voltmeter was showing 14.5 (during full solar charger output) and the SG had risen to 1.275!

So, I must say that the Can-Pulse performed as advertised, and it has restored these batteries back to their greatest potential (which is probably still limited due to plate damage incurred during the long idle period).
