Subject: Can-Pulse charge partner
We, at CCSM have used 6 charge partners, 3 being 12 volts & 3 being 24 volts. The unit that was installed on 845 scoop, which is in a captive area, has been on now for app. 8 months. As of today, we have not had to replace any of the batteries. In general operation, the batteries last for about 3 months and they are replaced due to vibration and the plates short out. We believe that the Can-Pulse charge partner will make a difference in increasing battery life, which in return, decreasing downtime.
