We were introduced to the charge partner approximately 30 months ago.

For initial testing we installed the charge partner on three different types of equipment:

  1. Highway Tractor
  2. Diesel heater
  3. Reefer unit
In our highway tractor application we had positive results in which no batteries were replace and only one headlight bulb was replace, Our normal battery life without the charge partner is 16 months and headlight bulb life is five months on these units.

On our diesel heaters and reefer units our average battery life is 13 months. Since installing the Charge Partners on the two units we have not replace either of the batteries nor do we have a problem with corrosive build up on the battery cable or post.

As a result of our test we now have a program in place to have all units fitted with a Charge Partner which we know will result in thousands of dollars in savings on batteries and headlight bulbs, not to mention the savings in alternator repairs
